A Customer's Point of View Review Timeline

First time working for this company this month after they took a contract from another company at the airport I frequent. This required me to pickup a "circuit" of 8 shops. The 2 shops with locations that were closed were accepted almost immediately. The others are still waiting to be reviewed since 02/02. They have payment guidelines on their site like most MSC, but nothing about a review timeline (also like most MSCs). Anyone have any insight as to their normal timelines, process, even friendliness? Asking here before reaching out as a new shopper to them and potentially stirring the hornets nest. Since its a circuit it seems like nothing will be paid until they are all approved.

Searching for info on them here resulted in nothing seemingly due to their lengthy name and lack of agreed on acronym.

It's been years, probably 5+ since I've done anything for them. They just don't have much in my area. I don't recall ever having an issue with them.
I've never shopped for this MSC but a few months ago I ran into a similar issue with another MSC. After about three weeks (which you're not quite at) I sent an email along the lines of "I enjoyed doing my first shop for you. I noticed that the shops haven't yet been finalized, so I wanted to see if you needed any additional details. Thank you and please let me know about future opportunities."

The scheduler wrote back that they had given the editor a nudge and the shop was quickly approved.

Great wording. That was the nudge I needed to get the right email put together.
