Market Force help desk wont reply

Anyone else having payment /help desk issues with Market Force?. They still havent paid me for my December shop, although their website shows a 1/26/26 direct deposit. They have not responded to countless (4) help desk requests for information/explanation. After 15+ years of their low paying shops, I just deactivated my account and filed a complaint with BBB.

I was paid via DD on 1/20. Are you sure you didn't get paid at all vs got paid on a different day than their site shows?
I hate that happened to you! I had issues with payment a long time ago, but not recently. I hope you get it worked out.

If you put your account information in for direct deposit, as in routing number and account number, you would have received a direct deposit in your bank account on January 20 for any shops you had done in December.

I think they also offer PayPal as a payment option now, but I never changed my direct deposit from when I started.
PayPal is their default now if you sign up without giving bank information. And, they will use the email you gave them to send it that way. But, yeah, direct deposit for me, PayPal is only for times there is no other option.

I have had issues not getting a response from the HelpDesk if I used the link on the website. I was told to send an email to HelpDesk@Marketforce.com and have had success doing so.
I did not receive a DD, despite them claiming I did, on 1/26. I changed my payment method to Paypal and have emailed help desk 4-5 times with NO response. Unbelievable. After 15 years as a MF shopper, I requested they deactivate my account, which oddly, they did immediately. I filed a compalint with BBB. Crazy. They owe me $33.
I have checked every bank account I have, going back to Jan 1. When you set up DD with them, you can't see the details unless you change banks. Very annoying. I even asked the help desk which bank account it went to. NO response.
I have emailed through the website link AND directly. NO response. Nothing.
Have you called them? I've called for assistance with shops and had no problem reaching someone who could help me.

This information is listed. Go to 'payment preferences' as if you are going to change your payment info. You do NOT enter new payment info, but the current information is shown.
I see three green circles with check marks in the middle of them showing me that my direct deposit is verified. Under those three green circles I see my bank name and under that I see the last four digits of the bank account number.

I have asked the same question many times, Can we order a "Patty Melt" as the sandwich, but no answer ! Anyone else know ??

I'd go for a patty melt, even on my dime, IF it's a real patty melt. But many men only uses kraft singles for cheese, and hamburger buns. So it's a great big nothing burger. A Patty melt is beef patties, swiss cheese, sauteed onions and pan toasted in butter rye bread.

I'll never fall for a fake patty melt again. At a different restaurant I saw a "patty melt" on the menu and got a sandwich on white bread with mayonnaise on it that almost sent me to the hospital. I've always considered a patty melt a safe sandwich, now I know I have to be more careful.
You can't name the client in the same thread as the MSC...

PLEASE DISREGARD. I do not know how to delete this. The helpdesk uploaded the photos for me this morning. March 8 I went to input the survey for the burger place, and the site could not accept uploads. So I am still awaiting an answer from the helpdesk that I emailed to upload the photos for me. Anyone have problems with the photo uploads on March 8?
Can you change the title with something like, "Resolved" beside the title?

The OP is not the one who had their issue resolved (that we know of)
Someone else commented with a MF issue and THEIR issue has been resolved.
