I had the same issues yesterday afternoon on Ipsos NEXT (SMX) where I'd log in and it would say my profile is 0% complete and then after 10 seconds I'd be redirected to the login page. The app was acting up similarly where I'd open it, it would take over a minute to load (not normal) and then Id see the 0% indicator. However, I could access the "My pay" section.
I sent these details to the generic Ipsos shopper support email and it sounds like they knew about it already and escalated it to the Shopmetrics team. They used my detailed description of the user experience as help to solve things too.
Sounds like a random Tuesday for website/mobile app developers. These occasional hiccups seem to happen everywhere these days. No reason to fret, just a short annoyance.
