Market Force Shopper Login

Is anyone having issues logging into Market Force today? 03/24/2026. I cleared my cache and turned off my phone, but I am still getting an error. Any suggestions please? I have a shop later this week. Thanks.

Funny you should mention this. Marketforce is on the Shopmetrics (SMX) platform. I'm having issues logging into the Ipsos branded SMX platform now. Must be doing some site updates?
I have no problem logging into Marketforce, but Ipsos Next is asking me to complete my profile, which is already complete.
Thanks for all of the replies. After several attempts I was able to log in. This intermittent difficulty logging in is an ongoing occurrence for me.
One time I tried logging in with my email instead of my shopper number, and it kind of logged me in but it corrupted something. Now, every time I'm on my main chrome browser on the computer the log in fails. Every time. It's been months. But if I open up an incognito window or use a different chrome account, I am able to log in to the website. My app also works just fine. It's just annoying that the site on my usual chrome account is inaccessible.
I had no issues at all.. Did you remember to use your shopper number and not your email address?

Well, I don't know about Ipsos Next, because it's a faulty app, and the website works better, even on mobile devices.

But I can tell you that Ipsos periodically asks you to go back into your profile and make changes, because some things change as time goes by. All you have to do is scroll through your profile, make changes if you need to, or don't if you don't need to and click "save changes" when you get to the bottom.
I didn't have any issues signing in.

I had the same issues yesterday afternoon on Ipsos NEXT (SMX) where I'd log in and it would say my profile is 0% complete and then after 10 seconds I'd be redirected to the login page. The app was acting up similarly where I'd open it, it would take over a minute to load (not normal) and then Id see the 0% indicator. However, I could access the "My pay" section.

I sent these details to the generic Ipsos shopper support email and it sounds like they knew about it already and escalated it to the Shopmetrics team. They used my detailed description of the user experience as help to solve things too.

Sounds like a random Tuesday for website/mobile app developers. These occasional hiccups seem to happen everywhere these days. No reason to fret, just a short annoyance.
Try an incognito browser window. That's how I normally log into their website while using Chrome. It normally works fine in a regular browser window while using Firefox.
I never have issues with Marketforce (Knock on wood). I login in mostly through Chrome on my laptop and sometimes on my Android phone.

I really don't understand why so many people have issues. But I will say this: I worked for an online sales platform for several years and I can say that 90% of all login issues were related to the users browser or other settings.
Years ago I had some issues signing in on my desktop computer. But that turned out to be a slow connection problem that is now fixed.

I had a problem with the app yesterday, it wouldn't move off of the first page of the report. The part that asks for the date, day and time, except the day question wasn't showing on the page in the app. So I did my paperwork at home on the desktop and the day question showed and I answered it. And everything else went just like clockwork after that. But I also did not go back to trying to use the app last night.
