This is the 2nd time I have been unable to upload the receipts. I sent a message to help desk asking them to input the photos for me which they did. Anyone else have this problem?
If you are using HEIC photo format (which my iPhone uses) you will have to change them to JPG or PDF. Their old software does not accept HEIC and some other formats.
@big_sky_thunder I have that problem too! It is very frustrating. On my phone app, the picture will not upload. They used to but not now. I have to email the pictures to myself and upload them from my laptop. I wonder if I uninstall the app and then reinstall the app may help.
