This place is a horror show. Do not join.
Pay is horrid. You typically get $12 for jobs with no compensation and a measly $8 if there is a compensation component - and then they don't compensate the whole lot. They often say it's a $10 minimum purchase but the actual minimum spend is $15, forcing you to pay $15 but they only give you $10 for it - meaning that the job is effectively worth $3.
They have some special jobs, such as a 2-part job where I had to do a phone query and then, separately, and completely unrelated, a visit about something else on a separate day, for just $16 combined. Other places are giving me $70 for a similar amount of effort.
I even had one where I had to do a full inspection, identifying myself as a mystery shopper, and taking 90 photos, and only got $30.
The big problem is the evaluator.
While the assigners are decent (other than often taking until the day of the shop before approving something you applied for a week earlier), the evaluator, and it's the same one for every shop, is an absolute bully.
I did 6 jobs with them before quitting, and the 4 that were processed had every single one harassed to all hell by the evaluator.
She made stuff up, she criticised me for saying something bad about the customer service operator, or the store, and made me change everything to make it seem as if the customer service operator was a perfect little angel. She then threw threats and formal written warnings around like nobody's business. I got a warning because my wife came along with me and asked the staff member her name - and the staff member then swore at my wife and accused her of wanting to make up a complaint of sexual harassment against her, which I'm sorry but that warranted a note! - and then gave me another one because I did a 100% perfect job but she reckoned I got the name of the shop I was complaining about slightly wrong.
She froze my payment for 2 jobs for 3 months, and I had to go through hoops to get them paid, then froze the other one before I quit.
They do have loads of jobs, all very interesting sounding, and the jobs themselves are fun. Their website is well set out, and the reports are easy to follow.
The problem is the evaluator.
The other staff do not support her, and I got told that she was a glorified spell-checker, with no authority to freeze my payments or issue formal complaints and to ignore her - but there she was deleting e-mails and messages and hiding all of her worst behaviour, and she had actually frozen my payments.
I ended up quitting this place, but save yourself the hassle and don't join it in the first place.
It's one of the worst-paying ones out there, and seriously nobody treats you this badly.
She gaslights you, lies to you, belittles you and makes you feel small.
Pros: Lots of jobs, fun jobs, website is well set out and easy to follow
Cons: Evil evaluator who bullies you on every single job, and very poor pay
