Yes, I have had the email notifications stop, with a similar flag message on the msc website. There are many different causes -across different email providers and msc's- and not all are spurious nor explained. An ounce of precaution (e.g., change password), a flip of the "notify me" switch when accessible and/or a call to re-start notifications, resolved mine.

In the past two days I got a banner across my personal page when I opened the Ipsos and the Intellishop sites. I have not opened other sites but the banner says that emails they have sent to me are being rejected so they will no longer be sending me emails. There was one day a few days ago when I found half the emails from that day in my spam filter. I restored them all and hit not spam and it has not happened again.
Has this happened to anyone else? I am not sure if i am missing emails as I still get emails that come directly from their schedulers but it is not long enough time to see if I never get another generic email again. .
