Intellishopper is the new Bare

This used to be one of my favorite companies. I once made so much money from them doing their Korean auto shops and rent and cancel storage shops! Now …. deli shops that require a stupid question used to start at $15- now start at $5! Rent and cancel storage stops - used to start at $40- now at $20 (and they sat for 6 months like that and were just taken off the board when no one took them). And now low income housing apt shops (where you have to ask awkward fair housing questions) - got $50 last Nov- now $25! The cheapness of it all!

Yeah, I just saw those. I saw 25.00 and went for the 'X'
According to my log, I completed my first apt. shop in the fall of 2005; the fee was $40. The MSCs employing the Arab/camel business model are ONLY successful because there are shoppers who have a need. Unfortunately, there is no chance of those needs disappearing to the extent the companies will change their strategies. After all is said and done, this IS still business.
Ok well do they see that they are not moving at these prices? The triangle gas stations have been sitting there for months and now the deli shops too. Do they not understanding the economic factors are different in different parts of the countries? I have seen other companies be faster learners. For example, Coyle dropped the starting price by $5 in January for some parking shops - the next month it was back up to the normal price. Shared Insght also dropped one of their client shops by $5.
The constant emails about the gas shops are really annoying too. The deli shops do go up but more towards the end of the quarter when they are desperate.
They need to pay me for all those cheap gas station emails that I have to waste my time deleting, lol. There are too many coming every single day, multiple times a day, etc. And they have been doing the same with their other cheap shops. The deli shop, as mentioned. And the alcohol compliance.
Easy enough to delete and every now and then something good shows up. Just turn off notifications if you don't want them.
I did a lot for them last year but it seems like this year is a different situation.
I am still waiting for that app the guy on here mentioned about rating MSCs.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
