I don't use a VPN but both the app and Shopmetrics sites shut down, log off or hang constantly. Too much work redoing each report many times, especially for base pay. No other Shopmetrics site acts that way. Luckily the Ipsos one has my least favorite assignments so I use it as little as possible and consider the time-wasting into the fee amount I would shop for.
