What is up with Observa? I signed up and just read their faq and some "helpful tips" and it sounds like they want you to try to sell the products, whatever they may be and straighten shelves and fill out questions and upload photos?? And the highest paying job I seen (don't know what it was for) was $8.00!! Are they serious? And to top it off you have only 2 hours to complete the "observation" and you have to ask the manager questions & if they are not available you have to wait. Is this right or am I understanding them wrong?
Honestly...don't. Just don't. They will make excuses to fail assignments and are generally nasty to deal with. I swear the editors only get paid if they fail something.

I dropped them a couple of years ago. Way to much work for the pay. Plus, others have mentioned in previous posts about them what @weatherman above wrote....that they will find every excuse NOT to pay you for your work! My advice would be to uninstall the app and forget about them!
Observa shops are typically way too much work for the paltry pay. I've done many shops for them, but it's been a while since my last one. Every once in a while they'll have some very easy shops which are worth it if combined with other shops in a route or at places you'll be shopping. Otherwise, hard pass.
