Market Stat, LLC

Is anyone else having problems with payment from Market Stat, LLC? They are a third-party used by isecretshop for payments of several projects. My bank will not cash the digital check I received because it does not have a bank name, routing number, or clearly readable signature. No one returns my calls from the phone number given for Market Stat, LLC and I have to leave a message.

What MSC is this? ISS is just a posting board, a bunch of companies post there.
Oh, I see. Market Stat is the MSC. They use checkbook.io. Did you get an email from checkbook.io? I use their direct deposit option rather than printing a check, it works well.
To be clear, you did work for Market Stat, they are responsible for issuing payment. They used checkbook.io for their payment processing. Checkbook.io sends an email when a check is issued. There are instructions given for setting up direct deposit, you only need to do that once. I vaguely remember a printed check option but if you are just printing the image from the email notification, that's not going to work. It's been too long since I looked at it but you should open that email and read the instructions again. I feel like you missed something.

You were right and explained it well. I did get direct deposit of the payment. I live in two states and use a different bank in each state. The deposit was not in the bank of the state I did the shop in, which is why I missed seeing it. Thanks.

Checkbook.io allows the option to link to more than one bank. You would need to set one of them as your default but then you can change your default selection on the checkbook.io site each time you switch states. Just be aware that pending transactions don't change when you change your selection, it's only for new transactions.
