New Scheduler!

Hi everyone! I'm new to the scheduling game, and to this forum. Actually make that forums in general.

I would love any advice you can give me! I don't want to be one of the schedulers who does the things you guys hate (like use the words FUN and EASY, among other things)! My intention is to develop actual relationships with people (gasp!), so we can mutually help each other. I'm hoping this isn't too starry eyed to be a realistic goal.

What kinds of shops do you like? How important are schedulers? How in the world do you want us to go about contacting you??

Any and I mean any, advice that you would like to give me would be amazing!

Well you just earned a gold star by promising not to use the words FUN and EASYsmiling smiley

There will be almost as many answers as there are shoppers!

IMHO, schedulers are important. What is most important is a scheduler being available when I need them. Ready to work 24/7?grinning smiley

Equal rights for others does not mean fewer rights for you. It's not pie.

Thank you!

I've been staying on top of my emails everyday, including weekends! It can get crazy with how many emails come in!
annabelle,
It is expected on these forums that any scheduler and/or employee of an MSC provide full name, corporate affiliation and direct contact information.

You can do this by going to your "profile" and adding a signature line.

Thank you and welcome.
