FIVE GUYS ONLINE SHOP: Feedback Please

Searched, but the shop comments are buried in the other numerous Five Guys postings..

So how is this new online shop please???

Membership is free. Simply choose your username, type in your email address, and choose a password. You immediately get full access to the forum.

Very, very easy.

You place your order through the app or online. (Your choice)

If you're within 10 minutes of the location, select "Now" as your pickup time. 20 minutes away, select "20 minutes" etc...

Walk in, tell them your name, they drop your fries. Then they normally come over, hand you your drink cup, print your receipt, and either hand you the receipt or tape/staple it to the bag. I had one last night which was the first time I was handed my receipt, the other times it was taped to my bag.

Count the number of red shirts/grey shirts you see, visit the restroom, evaluate the condiment/drink area, look for the infamous grease stain.... that's it.

It also asks you if you encountered any issues with web ordering. I never got an email confirmation. Checked my spam folder, checked through a few different devices, never got it. I got my "You have joined Five Guys" email, so I know I gave the right email address, but... never got my order confirmation this time. I had to call the store to make sure they'd received my order. (They had)
