Which MSC though? Don't have my files on me at the moment, so I'll go off on memory...
There's a new one that specifies only coffee is allowed, but cream and sugar may be added.
The other MSC, I don't believe you can either. I'd have to read through the guidelines myself.
For both MSC's, it sounds like what you're inquiring about is a premium type of coffee choice. It'd be safe to say no. The smaller MSC makes it pretty clear on what kind of coffee you need to order too.
Have you spoke with a scheduler (or Helpdesk) about it?
