Nespresso Phone Shops

So are these a PITA or no problem? I don't even drink coffee. I did a search and didn't find any comments. The MSC provides the scenario and fake user info, but I'm not so sure I'll be convincing as a woman with a very-Hispanic sounding name. I'm a good little German/English girl originally from a part of the country that's covered in feet of snow right now (not too far east of Buffalo). Thanks for any info you have.

These are extremely easy, with no narrative. They are recorded calls, which make me a bit nervous, but they are quick and simple. You must have a non-purchase scenario if you're using a fake name. I have done the purchase one, and I love it and the coffee. Sadly, you can only call once with your real name, as the Nespresso system is never purged. I have done a few, using family names and shipping info, but have exhausted all my local peeps.

The harder I work, the luckier I get.
I was given a French name and as soon as I gave it to the rep, who also had a French name, he was very friendly. I'm glad he didn't start speaking French which I don't speak.

I've also run out of addresses to use or I would still do them.
You can have a name of a certain ethnicity or nationality without speaking the language or having an accent. My name is very Hispanic but I don't speak Spanish and have a mostly neutral accent. Either you married into it or your parents just didn't teach you the language. Depending on where I live at the time, I pick up the local inflections. I have to keep myself from throwing in too many "y'all"s these days. My parents, aunts, uncles, and grandparents are fluently bilingual, but I and many of my cousins only speak English.
Interesting. I'm not bilingual and not very good at being poliite with any language. Do I need my really bad Latin, French, Spanish or Portuguese? I do better with Japanese and Korean, and that anything to be proud of either.

Live your life in such a way that when your feet hit the floor in the morning; the devil shudders...And yells OH #%*+! SHE'S AWAKE!
I have only doe this shopping for a Nespresso machine at a retail location. Even that was easy with minimum narrative.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
Just stay on topic with your call and they'll probably nail every point too. Very easy report when you can check off yes for every question.
I agree with the others, they are easy to do. But it threw me a bit to have a French (Quebec) street name that I was completely unable to say. Surely people learn to say the name of their own street even if they don't speak the language. lol
Many thanks to all for your reassuring comments. I feel much easier now about doing it. I have no problem repeating familiar French or Spanish words correctly, but I was concerned about sounding like I spoke Spanish regularly.

We had a waitress recently who introduced herself as Fran, but I noted her full name was Francoise on the receipt. When I told her I thought she should use her beautiful full name, she thanked me warmly for pronouncing it correctly in the feminine because everyone else who tried to pronounce it, except for the French Canadian snowbirds, pronounced it in the masculine.
