Scheduler of the Year Contest: Nominations

Deanna Kessler at Ardent Services.

Because like all Ardent Services Personel she is always there to answer a question, --- By email, Phone or Social Media --- no matter how mundane (or down right stupid it may be.) And because she is so flexible and understanding, even when the shop does not go the way either of us thought it would. And for those last minute extensions, when life or health just gets in the way of finishing the one last shop for the month. I give a shout out to her and the rest of the Staff at Ardent Services.

Karen, Marketforce Theaters - very pleasant and easy to work with.
Amber, Marketforce - Always seems to answer the phone when I have a question about a shop. Very easy to work with.
Briana, Marketforce - Very easy to work with.
Zyna Pen, Ath Power - Very responsive to both email and phone calls.
Michelle, Marketforce - knowledgeable and helpful.
Holly, Creative Image Associates - extremely responsive and flexible.
Ryan at KSS - always returns emails quickly.
Barb at KSS - Responsive to emails and helpful.
I could also say everyone at Maritz, but the standout is Jamie ( and being a standout at Maritz is really saying something). She not only explains any details you need and gives tips on how to complete shops accurately and in less time, she is incredibly tech savvy.

Shopping Boston and North Shore MA
Also Elizabeth at MarketForce.

Purely for selfish reasons on this one. Because she calls me around the first of every month, and assigns me shops, at my going rate, without me needing to beg for the bonuses. And says call her anytime if more of those shops appear on the board, so she can get them assigned to me at my current asking price!

She is personable and demonstrates a team mentality when interacting with shoppers.
I nominate Nancy Young, Quest for Best. I wish she still had my favorite shop but perhaps the client will come back soon! smiling smiley
Amy Kim at Advanced Feedback and Christy Greene at Mercantile Systems - both very easy to work with, great communicators and trusting of the shoppers they know can get the job done!
I'd like to nominate Amy Jamieson from Intellishop. She is very easy to work with and down-to-earth. She stays on top of things and answers her emails in a timely manner.

Dawn Hunt - independent scheduler. She doesn't mess around and gets the job done - whatever it takes. Her warm, pleasant personality is just the icing on that cake.

Alan Juarez - Scheduler who is with KSS International, INC. Alan posts and approves the shops in a timely manner. He is gracious and pleasant to work with.
I would like to nominate Joel F. at Shoppersview. He is always available to speak to when I have an issue with one of my telephone shops.
Seeing Alan Juarez with KSS as my scheduler reassures me that even if I miss something or need an extension, I'll be able to complete the shop with no guilt trippin'. Alan's positive attitude and fluid scheduling style are so empowering! I look forward to completing shops for him.
Nikki Atkins with JMRidgeway, Measure Consumer Perspectives and Summit Scheduling - She is always available, is lightning fast at responding to emails, and very pleasant to work with. She respects her shoppers and is receptive to their needs while getting her shops filled rapidly. I'll sign up for any company she schedules for because I always feel at ease working with a scheduler I can TRUST. That's a biggie for me.

Kathy Hart of Clear Evaluations...if you've done any work with her over the past couple of years, then no explanation is neccessary
Erika Patten Miller at Amusement Advantage: She quickly responds to email messages and answers all questions throughly. She is patient an kind. I love working with her.
Josh Francy at Mintel. He was patient, kind, and helpful when I wasn't sure what to do with a project and almost messed it up because of that. He helped me fix stuff and get everything put right. (:

Practitioner of the Nerdly Arts.
Also, John Rodriguez at Bare. Fun and easy to work with, responds quickly whenever I ask anything, and has rescheduled for me no prob, a couple times when I've missed the last of a particularly time-sensitive shop in a day. (:

Practitioner of the Nerdly Arts.
Oh, and Katie Clemens, also at Mintel. She's been very helpful with several questions and clarifications for a long-term project I'm doing for them, and always gets back to me quickly.

Practitioner of the Nerdly Arts.
Ooo... Paula with Ridgway. I've loved working with her on some special shops! Very supportive and helpful and gets right back to me about questions.

Wow, I have so many great schedulers it is impossible to nominate just one, so my picks would be Danielle Blanchett at isecretshop/Goodwins, Alma and Michael at Trendsource, and Suzette Drake @Service Research Corp.
Deanna at Ardent. Always helpful and their private shoppers forum is the best.
Shannon Moland at Trendsource. I can reach her by phone and she is always able to answer my questions.
I'm nominating Dante Beck. He used to schedule for GfK and now schedules for Integrity Consultants (I think). Very helpful, easy to work with and honest.
