Maritz-

Just a quick question about a gas station audit. I had not done any for about 2 years, so no longer have the manuals as they all said they were valid for only that year. I have recently done 2 other types of stations and got a manual for those.

I am supposed to do 2 for the green and yellow one with the initials. I was sent the forms in one of the large envelopes in the post office earlier in the week and set it aside thinking I would review on the weekend, but no manual inside.

As I was clicking around on the site, I don't see enough materials to actually review unless I am missing something. I tried calling already as they are supposed to be open from 10-5 but just reach voice mail.

Can someone confirm that I should have a manual please?

Just frustrated as the only day I can do this with my schedule is Tuesday and will need to leave straight from work as it is closer to work, but still out of the way. If I need a manual I won't have it on time and I picked up a few little quick shops just because I was in the neighborhood, but it won't make sense to drive there just for those.

When I did not think I was going to do anymore of them because of distance, I got rid of mine. When they made an offer I could not turn down I told them I needed a manual and was told they only sent them out at the beginning of the year and probably did not have any more. She also said since I had done some I probably would not needed it anyway. I printed off what was on the site and then when I tried to take the test it was way shorter and had some photos on it,

The deal was pick the non compliance details of the photos. The photos were not sharpe and I could not tell what I was supposed to be looking at. I tried my three times and sure enough when I called I was looking at the wrong thing.

Since I do four different stations I tend to take the same photos at all of them. One wants the POP one does not, one wants the canopy and one does not so I do a bunch of photos so I will not have to go back.
I was actually thinking I could probably handle the shop without the manual, but in looking at the quiz, I don't think I can pass the quiz without it.

I just got the manual in the mail for the other brand I have to do.
The ones I missed were the photos. They were so blurred and my eyes are not sharp. When I called I told them I told the scheduler I could not tell heads or tails with the photos and she did not seem surprised. She just fixed it with no problem. The shops are still the same. I have to remember for this one to get the canopy, POP and the 45 degree of the pumps.

You should have no problem with the station after they fix the test for you.
