Shout out to BestMark!

Thanks BestMark! This past week I had a hugely bonused new car shop for you at more than double the starting price. When I called you to let you know that the address was only the business office and service department, and that the car lot was at a different address altogether, you answered the phone right away (way to go!), but then you told me to wait to do the shop and that you'd call me back. I had driven a half hour to get there, but I had other shops to do in the area while I waited for your return call. I wondered if I'd hear back before I needed to head home or before I ran out of time to complete the car shop during business hours, but you actually called back in less than ten minutes, telling me that you couldn't have the assignment completed because of the address discrepancy, but that you'd pay me half the bonused price anyway. Yours was the centerpiece of my route, but the other shops still made the trip pay. I got home an hour earlier than I planned with a half hour less reporting, and though with less pay for the day than I had budgeted, the time saved in exchange for the money lost was a fair trade. You did right by me, and I'm grateful. Kudos to you!

I really like Bestmark a lot. I have done 5 of their drug store shops, and have 1 more to do. I think for the pay they're fair and they pay rather quickly also.
I'm doing a dealership today and they bonused it to death! tongue sticking out smiley

They are my first company actually. I really like them and they always pay on time and, so far, so good. smiling smiley
I for one am quite irritated with them right now. A couple of days ago I had a tanning salon shop at a local chain. You have to take a tour and then tan. I have done 6 or 7 of the other salons. You have to call ahead to ask directions, and when the girl answered, I knew she had been the girl who had given me a tour at one of the other locations (she had a unique name I have never heard before, there couldn't possibly be 2 of them working for the same place). So I called BestMark and told the guy the situation. He said I should reschedule the shop and go when she wasn't working there. I told him I would have to call back later in the day when I had my schedule with me.

I called back and spoke with somebody else. Explained the situation again, she spoke with her supervisor and said because I am a reliable shopper with no cancellations or reschedules, they would move it Monday. Nex thing I know, the shop has been cancelled, not rescheduled. It was after 5:00 yesterday when I realized it and couldn't get them on the phone. I am extremely irritated, as I did what was in the best interest of the company, not myself. As most of you know, you have your day scheduled, and when something like this comes up it really throws off your day (and your pay). So acting in the best interest of the company I chose to call and tell them. They were cooperative on the phone, but now my shop is gone. First time I have had a problem with them.
