I haven't got paid for my October shops until January 2014. They stopped replying to my email as well.

Okay, we heard you the first three times. Please stop dredging up every Gapbuster thread in the archives. I'm sorry you haven't been paid but there's nothing any of us can do to change that.
Time to build a bigger bridge.
I am a retired Union Organizer. The state laws are the same for Union and Non. Contact your state as well as their state wage and hour division with time, date, place. Keep the emotion.
Let them know as soon we will have lost another shopping company that does not know the law.

Well, it's Tuesday afternoon and no payment from March shops yet. Didn't expect it to arrive yesterday, hoped it would come in today and I really NEED it to show up in my account tomorrow! Thursday is bank holiday and nothing will happen then, that leaves Friday but then we're in May already. This time i really do promise to stop doing shops for them until payments are up to date.

Well, it's Tuesday afternoon and no payment from March shops yet. Didn't expect it to arrive yesterday, hoped it would come in today and I really NEED it to show up in my account tomorrow! Partial payment have been process but still yet to arrive in my bank account. February are full payment and only partial for March shops. That is for my wife and I. Payment show Wednesday but here in Canada it is still Tuesday.

You might want to get off the fence and look for a different MSC. It is confirmed that they lost the chicken place after this month and they already had lost the pizza place.

I have not done any shops for gapbuster and they are phoning and emailing me, should i mention to them , the reason i am cautious is due to the fact , that i read the forum and am aware of their lack of payment, more than likely i would be deleted and hear no more from them. Just looking for feedback as to wether lack of payment is ongoing or temporary. I have no intentions of working for nothing , there are plenty or worthy charitiess out there.
I was told by a scheduler that they lost this client and payment were been processed. And by the middle of may the outstanding payment for March and the shops for April will be paid as they are closing the books on this client.
What comes to mind is, they could not pay my March shops in full now where is the money coming from for them to be able to pay in April?

So I thought I would give People an update on Gapbuster Uk based, I do the odd job for them here and there but also work as an Auditor for some of its clients that uses as a mystery shopper company. Come June the Oil company and supermarkets brands will cease using Gapbuster. Our Parent company is also based out in Australia and the word out there is GAPbuster is facing a “Financial stress” hence the late payments, which is wrong as the clients are paying on time, they are using the money to balance the books basically. If you check GAPbuster credit rating in the last 6 months its pludge from excellent to bad. So might advise would be just don’t do too many jobs as you may end up out of pocket guys.
That's too bad that they lost the pizza client. I love that pizza but would never pay retail price for it.

Sent over a dozens e-mails regarding payments in February 2014. Finally late April recd one but short? No responses to any of the emails. Not getting any calls lately but will refuse until I receive pmts for past shops. Would you continue without pay?
My february payments were processed quite early last month. I was paid on the 2nd of april. Still waiting for my may payments. I have reduced my workload with them over time. Their reliability decreases over time. I think it would be best if you all stop working with them. Let them complete your payments for the month of march and april then continue doing it.
I haven't been paid for a March 8 shop. The annoying thing was they were calling everyday...all day. I finally accepted when the shop fee was too good to pass up. Still, if you don't receive payment then...

So As you all notice you payments for March work are also “late”. Just be warned a few more clients are about to terminate their contracts with them in June. Also expect more “late” payments even though clients are paying them on time, they are trying to balance the books, they keep changing accountants and changing personal which could mean the writing is on the wall, which could mean you could be left out of pocket, unless your willing to take them to small claims courts, but with the based outside your countries law you prob won’t get a dollar back.

Their website shows payment sent on March 28 for January shop.
No deposit in any of my bank accounts either in March or since March from Gapbuster.
And YES, they have my correct bank info because they've paid me previously.
Thank Goodness it's only one shop for a small amount.

Gapbuster have lost Petrol Retailers, Chicken Takeaway, Sandwich shop and Coffee Shop Clients in the last 2 years or so

They owe me $698 for March shops. I was totally counting on and needing that money :'( I can accept late but I don't know what I'll do if they don't pay me :'(

My pay for jobs in Denmark was only slightly late this month, being in my account on May 1st. But basically they have been paying late for the last 6-7 months now.

I got paid on May 5th for March shops. There really is no logic in their payment schedule anymore. I hope that everyone gets paid!

I don't shop for Gapbuster, but I know a thing or two about crooked businesses (and once-good businesses gone crooked), so I did a Google search for "Better business bureau gapbuster." I have some news you guys are going to want to follow up:
"According to information in the BBB files, it appears that the company is no longer in business. The BBB's mail to this company has been returned as undeliverable. If you have an unresolved dispute with this company you may wish to seek legal advice. - See more at: [www.bbb.org]"
The next three links on the front page of results are all to RipoffReport. The remainder are people on various forums asking about the possibility of a lawsuit. The second page is full of news scam reports.
You should also be aware that a fake company using the name "GAPbuster WORLD WIDE" is piggybacking off the real Gapbuster; one report I read involved the old "we'll send you a check, you send most of it back to us via Western Union!" scam under the Gapbuster name.
