Is Marketforce down?

I'm trying to get onto site for paperwork for audits but given the nature of my goofy technology and my goofy internet provider I don't know if it is me or not. I sure don't want to be having to do 6 audits on the same day but I can't do today as I don't have my paperwork. I have tried on all browsers imaginable, on my iPhone 4G, on my Kindle Fire HD and even at library and it just hangs. Not sure what to do, as Marketforce usually denies there is a problem on their end. So I suppose I"m asking if anyone could try to log in to their account to see if it is them or me? Thanks.

ETA: at times it lets me in but I can't retrieve my paperwork, and other times I keep getting a 500 Internal Server error.

I'm able to get on with Firefox or Explorer.

I had problems logging on last night with Firefox but was able to log on using Explorer.

Oh wow, OK, I just tried both of those browsers and can't get on at all.

Ok well now it came up but too late now for me to do my audits today as I have to fix supper. What is a 500 Internal Server Error anyway? Is it because maybe too many people were trying to get on at the same time? And what can I do if this occurs again. Thank you all for your patience with me.

I checked the site about ten minutes ago. My first attempt met with that “500 – Internal server error” message. I don’t know what it means either.

However I was able to click on and view some links on their home page. After refreshing a few times, I was able to log in. I think they were changing a few fees. Some of the cell phone shops went up in price. But, they were just the ones dated for March.

I hope it was just an interruption during the fee changing. Good luck getting in.

I just came back from MF and it's working fine for me.

I just submitted a shop and it works fine.

Sometimes when you get the internal error, leave the page, sign out and come back in. I see that frequently and just leave, come back and everything is good

Dang! I wonder if that's why I had so much trouble entering my reports? I was trying to put photos in, and that durn turning around thing just kept turning, never finished! I e-mailed the helpdesk, and
they nicely allowed me to send the pictures in via an alternate method. I hope it worked.
