Beyond Hello

The merge has not gone smoothly. There were complaints about issues related going back to November which were posted in other rsg topics.
If rsg released the money on the 15 to your account PayPal would show it,
If money is in process or being transferred to your PayPal would show it and an expected arrival time window.
If PayPal shows nothing than payment to you has not been initiated.

Many Msc will show payment pending or paid 1-2 days before they really pay.
They tend to fib about when it is really made.

I sent an email to a BH scheduler and received the following reply:

"Shopper payments have been delayed because of an
administrative issue. We are aware of the situation and are working to
remedy it as fast as possible. We appreciate your patience. If you
have any questions, you may contact Diane Anderson at
Diane.Anderson@mysteryresearchers.com"

It's good to know that they're working on fixing the problem.
This is the first time where either of the merger companies have been late with payments. I'm actually disappointed. I never got any apology email either.

They were late with me once before.

Ask them if you can be arbitrally late with putting in a report and just submit when you feel like it.
See how cooperative they are.

Just remember, problems start small and scattered before mushrooming.

Technically mystery researchers purchased beyond hello. (Rsg) but kept the beyond hello name due to it being more widely known and a more varied client history.
It was the rsg payment policy that took effect when the sale completed.rsg late last year year changed to a new policy of paying on the 15th of the month following after a previous policy of twice monthly payments and sometimes being paid within days of competion.
When that payment policy change was made there were hiccups and several shoppers payments were missed in November and December.
They are either still having internal issues or possibly using shopper payments to instead pay off beyond hello.
RSG's been good to me. I appreciate the fact that I was given answer to my email inquiry. They're the best!
No payment or return email on my account either. Been with BH for a few years, and have received payments on date posted up until this one. The last one was from Mystery Researchers last month on the 15th.
I'll just note. I've been paid from many other Msc on weekends and holidays through PayPal so that is not an excuse to leave the unpaid shoppers hanging.

First priority should always be that shoppers are paid when stated it is suppose to be.
Without shoppers these Msc have nothing and playing games with payment when MANY shoppers have planned and budgeted their responsibilities around promised paument time is not acceptable!
I agree!! I was really surprised that they were late being that they have never been late before. Jackaroe, I noticed that I got emails yesterday about shops, so if they can do that, they can pay us! They want their shops done at a certain date and time and we don't make them wait, so why should we!! We depend on our money to pay our bills, and its very unfair for us shoppers to have to wait, like you said, without us, they wouldn't have a company!!
While I don't like it when an MSC pays a few days late, I am much more forgiving if 1) they let me know BEFORE they're late, 2) they apologize, and 3) it doesn't happen repeatedly.
I mailed Diane Anderson, Diane.Anderson@mysteryresearchers.com, and she sent me the following:

"I apologize for the delay in shopper payment. All payments will be issued no later than Wednesday this month. I had a problem with a transfer to PayPal. As soon as the funds are in the account, I will release payment to you. I appreciate your patience."
That's an odd message. No later than Wednesday this month?

I received my payment from them last week some time.

I've experienced a few times with OTHER MSC that when they knew in advance there could be a delay or issue with a paypal transfer by a day of two and they stepped ahead and let the shoppers now that to expect the delay.

RSG did NOT do this and is avoiding shoppers that are inquiring about their payment.
This is EXTREMLEY UNPROFESSIONAL and 100% UNACCEPTABLE!

BUT its EASY to be forgiving when you've received payment and its another shopper having to run after payment and NOT getting answers.
Post Office and banks closed today because of MLK Day. Suspect PayPal isn't updating money coming in so they can get another day of interest on it.

I do wish I had received an email. I'd be ok with a late payment if they only sent out a courtesy notice. My notes indicate I was paid on 1/15 as well, but have yet to receive that payment.

Me too Robin!! My shop log says 1-15 and nothing! No email no nothing! If they would just let me know something, I could forgive a little easier!!
I am sorry to hear some of you haven't been paid yet. For the record, I just checked and was paid on the 16th.
Since September when the buyouts starts there have been several hiccups.
They use to be very shopper friendly.
This is not one or two isolated people getting missed.
It is wide spread and they are avoiding shoppers and giving evasive or non responses.

Next time you do a shop for them on the due date state the shop is done but I am going to wait to submit it. See how far you get.
I'd also be asking them for a $5 bonus on next shop you do as an apology for inconvenience .
See how far you get with that.

Within the last 6 months I've had two MSC miss timely payments.
Both proactively added $5 to each shop missed for inconvenience. Let's see what rsg does

My log says some were paid on the 14th...not posted yet.

Shopping Central Jersey Shoreline. WHAT? I'm an adult?! When did this happen?! How do I make it stop?!
I emailed one of the schedulers on the 16th and she emailed back an apology. She said they have an administrative issue and are working on getting all of the payments out...I'm still waiting as of today. I will be waiting before accepting more shops from them. I wold feel better if I didn't have to ask for the update to find out they had admin issues.
My payment was transferred out of PayPal to my checking account on the 16th. The payment hit my account this morning, the 20th. I'm sure that payments are released in waves so some of us shoppers must have been in the first wave or so before the administrative issues arose.

I agree that the MSC should have sent out a mass email explaining that some shoppers will be paid late. Or they could have posted one of the general notices to the shopper login page on the website like they did when they announced the payment schedule being changed from every two weeks to once a month.

So I know some of you are a bit aggravated but I would not worry about NOT being paid at all, just a few days behind schedule.
Well today is the 20th and although my log says I was paid on 1/15, still no payment. I wrote so I will see what happens. MR was never late with payments and I always got them when expected. Hopefully things go better next month.
Diane quickly answered my email and said that I should receive payment no later than tomorrow. I wish they had let people know that payments would be late but at least I got a very quick - with in minutes - response to my email which makes me at least feel better about it.
It is January 20th and I have not been paid, even though BH shop log claims payment was made on January 15th. I sent an email to Lisa on Saturday, January 17th and have had no response.
