Maritz Yellow Gas Stations: Redux

The night shops only have to be conducted during the dark, not after 7 pm. I've submitted many shops, that have already been approved, before 7 pm but after dark.

Having performed a shop, I realise as some have said that some of their questions are very subjective. Some of their photo requests are a bit subjective as well. There is food offerring as well as product selection. They could almost be the same photo, yet taken from a different angle.

I shall await the approval process before self-assigning more since the photo request seems rather confusing.

But, as a side note, I entered a nearby large chain grocery store just to await darkness. In their liquor department, I found wine in the clearance section for $2.00 a bottle. It was marked $17.99 off. Knowing I could always use it for cooking if it was poor quality, I purchased 3 bottles. The cashier told me that there was nothing wrong with it other than it was not selling and they decided to clearance it.

Surprise! It was delicious. Hubby says Score! Hockey is in season.

Shall return to buy the remainder today!

Therein lies the many benefits of mystery shopping!

Update (on the wine): I returned this afternoon to find only 6 bottles left. I purchased all 6.

Surprise! The cashier told me that by buying at least 6 bottles, I was eligible for a 10% discount!

Each bottle cost me $1.80! Total discount: $109.14.

Unbelievable!

All because I awaited darkness in order to receive the additional incentive.

During the late summer and fall, I would drive to my shops on country roads. I often found corner farmstands that were un-occupied. Hubby termed them "honour" farmstands - meaning one would place their money for their purchases in a shoebox or tackle box. In the spring shall be the asparagus offerings I am informed.

The sweet corn was delicious, the cucumber, peppers, tomatoes and other sundry vegetables were exceptional.

I realise this is off topic, but I have educated myself by purchasing audio-books from the various thrift and Salvation Army shops that are on my routes.

Hello shoppers, I am looking for a MSC that has gas station jobs in mid Fl region, can anyone help?

If you use the search function for gas stations it should bring up the names of MSCs doing most of them. Remember to change the default from 30 days to all dates. You still probably won't find them listed as having shops in your part of the world, but it seems there really aren't so many companies that you couldn't knock out the registrations in an afternoon.
