Strategic Evaluations - whats up with them paying?

I know they use to be Consumer Connection who still owes me money. Is that class action suit still an interest to posters here?
Strategic Evaluations seemed to have different peeps at the top of the chain and had paid me okay before, but now...
Does anyone know - I've seen they use PayPal but also referred to hyperwallet. Its kind of hard to find info on them as they're new this year, and their company name can also be read as many other things in net searches.
What does anyone know please, or know how to proceed? Thanks in advance!

I was told in an email that Hyperwallet was acting up and they were changing to PayPal, but as with any change, there is always a problem. Jason told me my check was being mailed after verifying my complete address.

This is one of the MSCs which I fully trust. I am not worried at all. I have asked one of the schedulers why all my records disappeared and I am now like a newbie. She said there were a lot of changes but the owners were still the same. If that is the case, it's fine with me. They were the ones who taught me how to mystery shop.

I did not recognize the MSC name, so I checked them out to possibly register. I see they are based in Canada, but do they have shops in the US as well? Thanks!

Thanks for your responses. They're new as far as I could tell, picked up from the old Consumer Connection site. (who ended up with a bad rep - shoulda known) I guess I was just too anxious to dive in to the mystery shopping... I just started with them this summer. I guess this is a reminder to research research research before jumping in... although I thought I'd practiced due diligence.. even started out with a small shop to "test" their payments. They've been good otherwise. Just that money thing.

With the changes in their system, I got my first shop through Jason. I think they have shops in the US but as I was not interested in those, so never bothered to check.

I received my payment today in the mail. I understand that other MSCs are also having a problem with PayPal.

What do you mean they used to be Consumer Connection? First time I heard that.

I got my payment today as well. Around here they got a client that used to be with Consumer Connection, I don't know if that's where the idea came from they used to be Consumer Connection. ?
