Um, wouldn't giving you the answer be considered cheating? Every certification test I have ever taken has the answer directly stated in the guidelines. If I ever run across a wacky question on a test about something I don't remember reading about, I just run a search of the guidelines document for a unique word or phrase in the question, and I usually can find the answer fairly quickly. For example, you could search your guidelines for the phrase "service offer" and I bet you would find your answer.
Either that, or choose a different assignment that you can pass the test.
I also agree with @AustinMom that you are publicly posting confidential info from an MSC. Based on your username, it may not be difficult for the powers that be at GAPbuster to find out who you are and ban you for life.
