IPSOS Overwhelmed - Unresponsive

Are they reaching flatline after selling and stretching to complete the "Mailing and Shipping" client?
I received an email (finally) from the scheduling company saying that, "...there are only 2 or 3 problems out of 12000 shops scheduled and completed with this program."
I find that verrrrryyyy hard to believe.....
IPSOS still hasn't responded to five emails, a phone call, and two linkedin note...all in the last week.
