Has anyone else having a problem with Intellishop? I have been shopping for two years and have over 30 companies that I perform shops. I never had a problem with an excluded shop until last month when I received payment from Intellishop and the payment was $140 short. I contacted them and was told that 7 of the shops that I performed for them were excluded for various reasons. I was upset about not being notified that any shops were being excluded and told the Office Manager, Stephanie that it was unfair to just exclude a shop and not to either email or call a shopper if there was a problem. She insisted that I was not going to be paid. I asked Intellishop to provide me with the emails and other correspondence information regarding the exclusion of these shops. Nothing was ever sent to me. Now, after shopping for them for over two years and never having a shop excluded in the past, they have deactivated my account with them. How can it be that I have completed over 160 shops for them in the past two years and all of a sudden have 7 different shops excluded? Does not make sense to me, but I am just wondering if anyone else is having difficulty getting paid.
