In your post January 23, you said " I asked Intellishop to provide me with the emails and other correspondence information regarding the exclusion of these shops. Nothing was ever sent to me." But today you posted "there was no information regarding any problems until after I complained about not being paid, then the following day comments showed up asking me to provide addition information that supposedly had been sent to me within 48 hours of my submitting the reports!" If the comments showed up, does that mean Intellishop provided copies to you of the communication they say was sent to you within 48 hours?
I don't shop with Intellishop much because their fees are so low, but I have never had a problem getting paid and have never had shops for which I was not paid. I have had a problem with the e-mails of many companies, including Intellishop, going to my Junk Folder. There seems no rhyme or reason about why some go to Junk. Sometimes an e-mail in the Junk folder has the same e-mail address as others that do not go to Junk. Or e-mails that have always come straight to me suddenly go to Junk. I check my Junk folder at least daily. I almost daily must pull out at least one legitimate e-mail and move it to my In Box.
Could that be what happened?
