Has anyone else having a problem with Intellishop? I have been shopping for two years and have over 30 companies that I perform shops. I never had a problem with an excluded shop until last month when I received payment from Intellishop and the payment was $140 short. I contacted them and was told that 7 of the shops that I performed for them were excluded for various reasons. I was upset about not being notified that any shops were being excluded and told the Office Manager, Stephanie that it was unfair to just exclude a shop and not to either email or call a shopper if there was a problem. She insisted that I was not going to be paid. I asked Intellishop to provide me with the emails and other correspondence information regarding the exclusion of these shops. Nothing was ever sent to me. Now, after shopping for them for over two years and never having a shop excluded in the past, they have deactivated my account with them. How can it be that I have completed over 160 shops for them in the past two years and all of a sudden have 7 different shops excluded? Does not make sense to me, but I am just wondering if anyone else is having difficulty getting paid.

Welcome to the forum, Gammonda. i'm confused. In your post January 23, you said " I asked Intellishop to provide me with the emails and other correspondence information regarding the exclusion of these shops. Nothing was ever sent to me." But today you posted "there was no information regarding any problems until after I complained about not being paid, then the following day comments showed up asking me to provide addition information that supposedly had been sent to me within 48 hours of my submitting the reports!" If the comments showed up, does that mean Intellishop provided copies to you of the communication they say was sent to you within 48 hours?

I don't shop with Intellishop much because their fees are so low, but I have never had a problem getting paid and have never had shops for which I was not paid. I have had a problem with the e-mails of many companies, including Intellishop, going to my Junk Folder. There seems no rhyme or reason about why some go to Junk. Sometimes an e-mail in the Junk folder has the same e-mail address as others that do not go to Junk. Or e-mails that have always come straight to me suddenly go to Junk. I check my Junk folder at least daily. I almost daily must pull out at least one legitimate e-mail and move it to my In Box.

Could that be what happened?
