Bestmark problems?

Does anyone have experiences with Bestmark - good or bad? I just shopped with them and was unhappy with the way I was treated - except for their scheduler Cory who is great. I received condescending emails and was told my photos were not acceptable even though no other companies have experienced this problem with me. Then they deducted money from my pay since it took time to keep resending photos.

I did an oil change and they were very nice, especially Cory. I had no problem, was paid in about 6 weeks by check. I did have to re-send a pic, but not a problem.

I've done a number of shops for them and find that I am only infrequently asked for clarification or any other follow-up. They have always been about as polite and professional as any other MSC that I have worked with, if not better. I can't say that my experiences with them have been perfect, but they have certainly been good.

In my area, I've never seen an assignment that required photos. Only the auto shops and casinos. So I haven't had photo problems.
The only problem with BestMark is that many of their ships are low pay. That said, they are a solid MSC that otherwise treats the shopper well.
Only great experiences with Bestmark. One of my first shops was accepted but negatively critiqued for photo quality. I had resized the photos before uploading so it would go more quickly on my slow internet connection. Contacted them to let them know I had the hi-res originals and they accepted them with thanks. Otherwise, out of about 100 shops with them, the only other time I was questioned was their inquiry into how I got a particular photo for an audit. I had had crossed a divided highway and climbed a hill. They expressed gratitude for the photo but asked me to never put my safety at risk, and just to explain unobtainable photos in the future. Am still touched by their concern.
I've had great experiences with BestMark, even when having to reschedule or cancel shops. I did one with pictures and had them send me feedback, but I've never had any issues getting paid.
The people I've encountered at Best Mark have been very helpful and nice. I'm sorry you are not having a similar experience with them. I hope in the future you will have better experiences with BestMark. They have always paid me on time and answered any questions.
I'm done with them. They deducted 2.00 or 3.00( can't remember) because I was 10 min late with a report. Reports are due at 10am CST which is 8am PST. I often came home from my Italian dinner shop at 10pm and was too exhausted to write up the report. I questioned the deduction and they were rude and condescending so I told them to deactivate me. Their loss.
Well, low paying shops is a problem because it means that the MSC doesn't place a value on the work. On the other hand, I wouldn't request a low paying shop, so it is a moot point, right?

If somebody is too tired to do the report and turn it in on time, and if they were aware of all that was involved, then they should not do the shop.
I did an oil change with them and had no problems. My car is ready for its next oil change and as soon as I find out if I have jury duty next week or not I will schedule it.
