Maritz Direct Deposit

They showed up today as being done 11/23. However, it is my belief that even though the date is 11/23, the day the bank receives them will probably be 3 days from today (12/2).
I really think that the 11/23 date is the date of the processing, not the pay date. The fact that it is showing up this afternoon as being sent out or paid, tell mes as much.
I have other auto/direct deposit items that my bank receives. They always show up on the day the payer sends them, not days later. So, I know it is not my bank doing this.
Nonetheless, the payments have been steady and without a problem (other than the pay waiting period). Plus, I do like the full description of each visit id and the breakdown of reimbursement. Makes reconciliation much easier.

I really like it, too. We get paid earlier and having the visit id's make it easier, too. Winemaker, didn't you get one for 11/10?
I was able to print and track the payment today (via the Martiz CX website....yes, it is dated 11/23, which is confusing. Hopefully, the ACTUAL direct deposit will occur tomorrow. 11/30. Maritz pays so little that their greatest attribute has been how quick they pay. They 'miss' very few shops, at least in my experience with them, but it does occur, so the reconciliation is important.

The visit ID's were always on the check stub. So I find some of these remarks puzzling.
Waiting on a big Maritz payday myself. I see three payments in my bank website pending but none from them!
CoffeeQueen, the new system matches the invoice to the exact amount they pay you for the job. Now if there is a discrepancy, you know exactly which invoice it is from.

My deposit was there this morning about 3 days before I would get it in the mail.
Got my first DD yesterday. Went through my accounting procedure with their online payment detail. Woah! For the first time in history, Maritz makes something easier instead of way harder! Good on them.

Not a complaint, just an observation.
Yesterday, I reconciled each visit. Issues such as blurry receipt or a shop on hold due to an anal editor needing another photo were, of course, not included in the payment. But, I do like that I can match my worksheet for each visit to the date and payment amount on their payment detail.

BTW, to any newbie with Maritz: In past years, I have noted that Maritz shuts down for a lengthy period over the holidays.
They do process shops done in early December and pay accordingly before their shutdown. Therefore, get as many of your December shops in as early and mistake-free as possible. They will pay you for them earlier than usual. Otherwise, you'll be awaiting the payment until sometime in January of the new year.

Am I the only one seeing that from NJ to ME, there are MAYBE 15 jobs on their board right now?

I'm seeing that, too. Even searching and changng parameters, I'm seeing a lot of shops many states away from me.

I noticed that the bank shops not immediately assigned in my area this month were moved over to KSS. You might want to check there.
December looks like a slow Maritz month for me as well. Only about 1/2 the gas station shops normally auto assigned were, and there are no other brand gas stations I normally fall back on to fill-in posted. There are plenty of banks but I only do those at base pay strictly as route fill-ins. Not much locally from KSS but I'll take a few as they are already bonused.
I started this darn thread, and also got my direct deposit today.....it is a job short pay-wise, but also included one from September that I contacted them about......Thanks MaritzCX, now I can go shopping for the holidays.
I've filled out the direct deposit form on the Maritz website, but the information must not have made it to them. Every time I log on now I get the pop up asking if I'm interested.

I also got my dd in my bank 11/30 with date listed on maritz 11/23. Still few days earlier than if check were mailed. Just in time for my car payment. starting maybe the last week of nov through current I also haven't seen many jobs on the Maritz site available.
Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
Alot of the their banks shops are being handled by KSS/Kern scheduling. I noticed that about 4/5 months ago, Maritz had a hard time filling the bank shops since they were restricted with a certain mile radius meaning the shopper cannot perform a certain bank shop outside their 40 or 50 miles radius. They contacted me to see if I could do the unassigned shops but I had visited the bank locations so often that the bankers would ask me what type of services I needed information for. And the rotation used to be about 60 days.
