C R I Auditor testing.

Has anyone had as much difficulty as I have had in passing the CRI test? The test requires you to view a short video then take a multiple choice test of 12 questions. I am positive that I have passed this test. I have taken it several times changing the answers to 2 different questions that could have been answered differently.Even tho I printed the test and went back over the video several times, the results are always the same. NOT PASSED. I don't want to give in. I thought about writting to the company. Please advise me. Thanks

When you don't pass a test after a couple of tries, make a list of your answers (i.e. 1) A, 2) C, 3) D) and email them to the company indicating the situation and asking if they can tell you which question(s) you are missing because you are evidently misunderstanding something. I generally have had one of three things happen: they go on and pass me on the quiz and I never find out what I missed, they tell me that 2 and 6 are incorrect, they send me an answer key for the whole quiz. I don't think I have ever had a request for quiz help ignored.

i had this exact same experience, and didn't pass for two weeks. the only way that i finally passed was by getting into direct online conference with one of the help people. she asked me what answers i had given and told me which ones were incorrect. then i took it again and passed. granted, a couple of the questions aren't phrased the best way.
I passed them all with ease. I simply printed the test first, then checked the answers off while watching the training presentation. Then I took the test. Voila.

D.

I've been having the exact same problem. Two questions that I thought were the culprits. I'll have to try these suggestions!
I keep the test open in a browser and the video in another. I do the questions as I go along. Never had a problem with it.

they test to see if you understand their rules for mystery shopping.
I actually printed out the test too, corrected the wrong answers and resubmitted it and passed.
