Hello Brittany - I'll bet you're trying to learn from a video presentation. Use the non-video presentation and study slide by slide. Keep that tab open and open another tab to take the test. You can switch back and forth between windows and look for information you need while taking the test.
You'll have to look up how long to keep the receipts. It varies from company to company and I don't remember how long CRI requires. I keep all my receipts for tax purposes so I keep them for six years. I don't keep the entire folder that long. I discard the folders after a year but remove the receipts and keep them in a box for that year for a period of six years.
Many shoppers find the questions on the CRI test to be unclear and don't realize this is the problem. Read the question carefully and be sure you understand the question before you attempt to answer it.
I see several questions on which I don't agree with your answers. Try this again, and if you can't pass it call a scheduler at CRI or call on the chat line and get someone to help you.
