Hi, KC. Welcome and congrats on your new baby boy. In my alter-ego I am a lactation counselor, so if you need help in that area let me know. 
Mystery shopping IS legit, but not necessarily easy. It is not high paying and you will not be able to take your sweet baby boy with you, unfortunately. It requires a good eye for detail (ie.. you will need sleep the night before) and good writing skills. It is also very sloooow to pay. You may do a shop one day and not get paid for another month and a half to two months.
Still interested?? Not trying to scare you off.. just giving you a fair heads up. Many of us have found mystery shopping to be fun and rewarding and have learned how to get the higher paying jobs. If you are serious about mystery shopping, this forum is a great place to learn the ropes. Jump right in.
