Welcome to the forum! The threads pinned to the top of the New Mystery Shopper section should give you a good start on what this is all about.
You need to register with companies. And I really would suggest that you go read the New Mystery Shopper section. This is self employment as an independent contractor and it is up to YOU to make it happen for yourself.
Welcome to the forum, mystic. To get a general idea of how this works, go to the New Mystery shopper area and read the top threads, marked with a pin:

Then sign up online with the companies in the list at the bottom of each page of the forum.
Hey Mystic, hopefully you will follow all of the advice above. There are lots and lots of different companies, not just one. Some of them will call you, most of them will email you, and some will do neither and you'll have to look on their job boards for available assignments. Good luck!

Equal rights for others does not mean fewer rights for you. It's not pie.

I just got an email from this Kim and she had a bank and a phone companies. How do u sign up for one of those?
You sure it was a legitimate email and not a scam? Which mystery shopping company was it from and did her email address come from the company's domain? If it's a gmail address or similar beware. Please give us more details.
The answer to your question is among the threads in the New Mystery shopper section referenced several times here. Have you read any of them yet?

You need to read those threads then ask specific questions. The people who wrote them have provided an amazing set of guidelines to get new shoppers started. I wish it had been there when I started shopping. Instead I had to find companies and learn everything on my own.

Mystic2010, we are shoppers, just as you indicate you wish to be. Because we are working and doing reports and are not paid to be assisting others on this forum, none of us has the time and energy to do individual tutorials. Many folks have tried to give their best and most basic information for this work and those are the threads pinned to the top of the New Mystery Shopper section. They are there to help you. Take advantage of them!

Mystic, are you just pretending to be obtuse? We are not being rude, it has been explained repeatedly the steps you need to take in order to begin shopping.
AustinMom provided you with the link in case you did not see that section on the main page of the forum.
This is not about learning, just reading the great responses you got and using the resources provided here. In fact, the threads we referenced are actually perfect since it is all designed for new shoppers to learn at their own pace. Flash stated it perfectly when saying most of us don't have time to be mentors to individual shoppers.

I don't mean to be rude, but perhaps shopping just is not going to work for you. You have to be able to read and understand instructions so that you can be 100% accurate in shops you perform so that the shop can be accepted and used. If a learning disability impacts reading with understanding, you could spend a lot of time doing shops that could not be used, paid for or reimbursed.
Okay sweetie, I understand. But please keep in mind that with mystery shopping it requires a lot of attention to detail and sometimes there is quite a bit of writing involved. If you have a learning disability this might not be a suitable type of work for you.
