Crystal we don't know which company you are talking about.

Sounds like she is referring to the forum as the new company. If so, the forum is not affiliated with any of the MSCs. The forum is helpful in many ways one being that nice long list of MSCs that anyone can register with. Most people on the forum, including myself, have registered with hundreds of MSCs. If you ever have a question about a MSC, or a type of shop, routing, how much money, etc, just "search" for it and you will likely find some answers.
