What do you mean, waiting to be approved.

When a flower doesn’t bloom, you fix the environment in which it grows, not the flower.

If you receive a check in the mail in advance of doing any work, and / or you are supposed to buy gift cars, you are likely being scammed. Come back here for advice by telling us what you mean by "Waiting to be approved".
