Good advice from Maven. Once you are ready to start shopping, do not jump on the first Five Guys shops you see at the initial offering price. Unless you have a lot of shoppers in your area, and few Five Guys, these shops usually get bonused as the deadline approaches. You can also use the make an offer feature on them once the deadline really starts to loom. Good luck!

Except in Nevada, you will be an independent contractor, not an employee. Therefore, you will not be eligible to obtain employment verifications.

Shopping South Jersey, Southeast Pennsylvania, and Delaware above the canal since 2008

So yes. If you do request anywhere else but Nevada then they should give the requested verification.

No. Only in Nevada would you be an employee.
