I need help please

Hello, my name is Thierry. I work as a server. I served a mystery shopper lady with her friend. They were rude, abusive and disrespectful to me. They left a 41.9% report using Advance Feedback. They almost got me fired. I wish to report them to the company but can’t find a way to speak with someone. Anyone have an idea of what can be done for these ladies to stop harassing professional servers like myself ?
Find out their history of reports ? Hire a lawyer for manslaughter ? Idk, please help.

You would have to research Advanced Feedback and contact them. They would be the only entity that would know anything about that shopper.

The majority of shoppers report exactly what happened at the shop. I would suggest getting with your manager and looking over the report to see where you did not follow company policy or provide exceptional customer service. We are asked to report back on our experience and answer specific questions. We are usually asked to leave out any personal bias or identifying information. Who you think your shopper was and who they actually are may surprise you as we are instructed to not complain or give feedback at the shop, but just report the interaction.

Really it would be up to your manager to push back through corporate, which might eventually get back to the mystery shopping company. Rude and abusive behavior should not be tolerated. But complaining about a low grade wil not get you very far unless there is some type of evidence such as a video recording.

Yes, you should hire a lawyer for manslaughter. Interested in hearing what your lawyer says.

Anyway, does your restaurant have video footage of this shop to confirm what happened? Perhaps it was a busy night and points get deducted based on how long it takes you to greet the customer, how often you stop by the table, etc...

Thank you for your post. Of course, anyone can be a mystery shopper, at least with a tax ID number. Most of the people here have a goal of excellence in performing their task. After all, as you illustrate, someone's livelihood is being evaluated. The hardest part is understanding what the client wants for an evaluation and to set aside one's own personal preference. Took me a few times to get there.

Seeing as mystery shoppers typically try their best to not stand out, I'm doubtful anyone exhibiting knowingly rude behavior would be a shopper. Just my 2 shekels...
