TURNS INC

BEWARE!!!! Stay away from Denise Robinson and Vernard Simmons they will not pay. They have tried to beat me out of my pay now having to talk to PRG to get them to help me to get paid on a job. (Mod note: client name removed to prevent Forum rule and probable ICA violation)

Mod note: Pivotal Retail Group seems to offer merchandising services. For that reason, this thread is being moved to the merchandising area.

This is going to be very strange, but you need to give more information and less information. lol

We are not allowed to name the client and the MSC here, so that needs to be removed.
Otherwise, please give us details of what happened. Also what is PRG?

There are reasons that a body stays in motion
At the moment only demons come to mind
Never heard of PRG or Turns Inc. Also if you come on here to slam a company or person you really need to provide more information. Such as what happened.
If you google the names of the individuals, "Ripoffreport.com" is the first listing. Several complaints were posted in 2014.

The second listing shows the BBB, which has assigned an "A+" rating to T.U.R.N.S., due to "length of time the business has been operating" and "no complaints filed with the BBB"..

(heart)

I intend to live forever. So far, so good.
Happy to announce that as of last night TURNSinc has finally paid me the175.00 owed after having to call the contractor PivotalRetailGroup and place a ilien on their check. Turnsinc is now on a prepaid basis with me before doing any other work for them.
I had built a 16' gondola for one of their customers overnight had been fighting with Turnsinc but again last night finally was paid via paypal.
First of all, why did the OP create two very similar forum names, R.SMITH and R.D.SMITH. Do you only post negative things under the first one and good things under the second?

Second, building a 16' gondola does not sound like MS'ing to me. Would construction be considered merchandising? Or did the OP wander into the wrong forum?
I did this service at a Home Depot for a merchandising company (lol) turnsinc took nearly 60 days to get paid. Got paid via paypal glad this nightmare is over.
60 days is pretty much normal. Some companies pay sooner, some companies pay later. I have several companies that pay within 80-95 days.
@sybil2

Actually most merchandising companies I've worked with pay 2x a month or monthly. From my perspective, 60 days is not the norm but there are always exceptions.
