Receipt Submission

Do all transactions need a receipt or whatever the salesperson gives you? What if the salesperson didn't give you any? How can I make my assignment valid without it? Yesterday I completed two assignments and reported back the results. Not knowing the receipt thing. Today received an email from them saying I should upload my receipts. Luckily I got one from the other store I shopped in but unfortunately I didn't have anything for the other one. Any help please? I don't want my assignment to be discounted.

If you paid with your purchase with a credit/debit card, you may be able to go back to the store and have them re-print the receipt. That worked for me once at BWW where I did not get the itemized receipt. Depending on what it is, you may be able to return the item and do the shop again. Or you can contact your scheduler or the help system with your MSC, and explain the situation and perhaps they will go ahead and take your report, but I doubt it. No receipt usually means no shop. Don't just blow it off if you want to build a good reputation with your MSC, offer to re-do it. It's happened to everyone here I imagine.

I think this was posted in the wrong category smiling smiley
Most merchandising assignments do not need a receipt unless you are doing a recall buyback.
However, most mystery shopping assignments do need a receipt to prove you were there and who you dealt with.
This was posted in the Mystery Shopping category, but when appeared there, it was a "audit" without a receipt. Very odd. Well see of the OP ever reappears.
