Premium Retail newbie questions...

I usually mystery shop in addition to being a product ambassador for a local company.

I decided to try merchanising. I signed up and got the job. Now it seems most jobs are an hour away from me.

I signed up with Premium retail. From what I gather, they don't pay drivetime or gas? Do they just pay when you are in the store?

Plus, I don't get to pick the shops like mystery shopping.

Help? What have I gotten myself into?

Are you going to be a team member? Or on your own? If I recall correctly, you are hired as an employee with them. Read your handbook closely. You can be required to cover all stores within so many miles. If you go outside of that area they may pay drive time and mileage. You may get a job that takes 1 hour. If it takes over that you will have to call your manager to explain why and if they will pay for more time. Read your paperwork very closely. I have not worked for them for over 4 years, so don't know the current rules.
