I just received an email to apply for a reset team @ $15 an hour. Has anyone here ever worked for them?

I have. I did the convenience store resets for the cooler doors. Tell them you'll need the "bonus" at the end of the job! Don't say anything except you got the bonus last time,. He'll add on $100 or more! Once I got an additional $2 an hour for completing all of the resets on the route. Plus, they pay paypal and paypal doesn't report to the IRS unless you make $20k or more.
Thank you @spicy1. The email implied it was a grocery store reset. Either way, I have experience with both types of resets.
I love this company. I have done quite a few jobs for them. One time they asked me about doing a job for them. I said I would do them all and they set up a route of 10 stores for me.

I just did a Walgreen's reset with them. Those resets are still going on. They do a few stores a week. Crossmark is doing the stores and hiring extra merchandisers through Survey. Com paying $120 per day.

I just did a few dozen beer audits for $20 each These audits are on weekends only and going through Labor Day. My son created an account and the beer audits were not available to him so I guess some audits become available to you after you have proven yourself.

This company is an app on your phone and you can sign up online with them. I find looking at the jobs via the map is much easier then the list of job.

Crossmark is doing those resets and they are hiring through Survey.com, SASR and have listed with many other companies and whatever company sends someone first gets the gig for that reset, not exclusively Survey.com

And, however, the majority of their assignments are merchandising assignments being offered that can take an hour and a half that are paying $7, lest we forget to tell the entire story.

The beer audits were lowered to $15 in my area. It also involves packing out cases of beer, so be prepared for the physicality of that.

Like Spicy noted, most jobs are $5 to $7 and take an hour to complete in most cases.

I deleted their app a few months ago due to frustration.

Best of luck to those who go down this path...
I kept the app so when there are notifications of new assignments and I see they are "Check 7 skus, count physical inventory, scan each product to note how many are in the backroom, take 12 pictures, pack out product from the backroom, rotate product, print out 8 pages including the sales sheets, show the manager the sales sheets and ask for an order, ask the manager how the sales are and what can be done to get more sales, remove product from shelf and wipe down shelf (don't worry, the store will loan you a spray bottle and paper towels, no extra expense there! smiling smiley ) take 12 'after' pictures, NOPE, we're not done yet......Take pictures of the competitions products and count their facings...........then I appreciate, far more, the assignments I'm doing at the moment.

eta: all that for $7. But, there's a bonus! We have 7 stores in your area and we will assign all of them to you! Nevermind they are 50 miles one way and 1.5 hour drive time (we don't pay for drivetime or miles, sorry sad smiley

A merchandising reset is the large-scale rearrangement of a store's products. The product manufacturers, or the third-party merchandisers they hire, must stock or restock product according to a new
planogram.

A refresh is a small-scale rearrangement of a store's products.

A cut-in involves inserting a new individual product into the current Planogram; a new lipstick color or flavor of tea. Usually an existing product with two facings will be cut down to one to make room for the new product.

All three require new tags for new products and a 6 am start as well as putting up with a mouthy supervisor who makes .50 an hour more than you but will insist on having it done "their way" or the highway, jk, no really.
You can download the app from Google play store. They are literally Survey.com You don't apply, you download the app and start doing jobs. There are no background checks or screenings. Jobs will populate on your app, click on them to apply and off you go to do the work!
Huh? Why would you have to call AT&T all the time. I've had smart phones for eight years and tablets for six and don't think I ever called them once for something related to using the phone. I did have to use the warranty to have one iPhone replaced at the Apple store.

Shanes5 - We reorganized the entire store.

A reset is when you move a section of the store to another. For example, we condensed the salty snacks from a 10 foot section down to 9 feet. Then moved the warm coffee drinks into the now empty 3 foot section next to the salty snacks.

Spicy1 I haven't had that happen to me yet. I have been very happy with the pay I have received so far.

My beer audits were just audits. No physical work at all. It was a summer thing. It ends Labor Day weekend.
You can register here: [app.survey.com]

Once you have the app on your phone, go to Projects. In the upper right hand corner you'll see a tear drop shaped pin in a square. Touch that for a map view. Then you can see whats in your area and the pay.

Pick and choose.

Again, why did you have to call so much?

That's great, you haven't had that happen to you yet. It happens to me with every single reset. Someone they put 'in charge' or thinks they're in charge is severely lacking.
I've actually never heard anyone say they are very happy with the pay they have received so far.....doing resets in retail.

I looked up some of SallyEmpireScheduling's prior posts and she is a scheduler, not an actual merchandiser.

My wife got talked in to doing some of these beer audits and you have to submit a picture of the loaded cart of product that you are packing out. They also want before and after photos at the shelf. And the $20 pay is contingent on meeting ALL the objectives of the visit and staying a full hour at the store which is gps timed. If all the objectives aren't met or you leave early your pay is prorated by their quality control.

I hate it when schedulers come on here and try to recruit or shill for their companies.

This is a message board... not a recruiting board.
I was wondering why she said she's happy with resetting pay!!!!!

I love this company but am having trouble with receiving needed materials. I have a deadline of Monday the 4th to complete the projects, but have not received the supplies. I tracked it with the number they supplied and it says that it is still waiting for pickup by USPS. I have sent several messages but haven't received a response.
