Why do you think that FA has a store list of Walmart employees by location?

Spicy, I just had a shop denied because the name I provided for the cashier didn't match the available names provided from the client. That was FA exact response for denying the shop. I have responded to FA that I was sure the name was accurate, and that the employee could have been a new hire or someone filling in from another store, I don't know. But I was sure the name was accurate. FA held firm on their decision.

I am now seeing these same customer service shops in Target and Safeway, but am leary of doing any as I can't ensure the names will match their lists.

Has anyone else had a shop denied for the names not matching?
@Wild Bill
Seeing your message, I would not do any of those shops. I have known folks in the retail world to intentionally wear incorrect name tags for various reasons. This would create a shop that is impossible to have accepted.

I suppose that if I really just *had* to do that shop, I'd make a point of taking a picture of every employee with whom I was required to interact, making sure I got the name tag in the picture. Of course, this is far easier said than done - especially without being caught. sad smiley

Target does not have any MS programs either.

I'm curious: How can you be certain of this. I'll admit that I've never seen a shop with Target as the client. However, I have seen shops at Target where other companies are the clients - for instance, their Red Card service has shopping opportunities.

Yes, thats for the bank. I was co-mgr at walmart, security side. I know everything about Wal-Mart
Snap has people call the stores. FA probably does too. Walmart Assiciates get a break every 2 hours. I would ask the Associate if that is where they are assigned or if they are covering for someone on break or lunch or off today and ask that person's name. Then I would report, under name, Cindy covering for Julie

You are becoming less credible. The Target and Safeway customer service audits dropped today. They are identical to the Walmert Audits.
Target does NOT have a mystery shopping program. Did you read any of FA papers, white papers or research ? Theyre all on his blog. Have you read any of the other MS companies papers? Do you think these companies get accounts just because they say they are credible or because they bid the lowest? Do some research into the industry you work in, buddy

What are you talking about? You have now lost all credibility. All I know is that FA is paying people for customer service audits for Walmart, Target and Safeway and they somehow have store lists of employee names by location. That is fact, not speculation. Who the actual client is, I really don't care as long as I get paid. But it would be foolish to believe a competitor could obtain specific store lists of employee names by location.

If you have facts to the contrary, please share. But so far you have only provided opinion without any supporting facts.

Anyone can go to the FA app, look at the project description, and make up their own minds. And as previously stated, I have personally had a shop denied due to the name of an employee not matching the store list for that location.

Ok, well, not you're just being insolent. And for what? For a $4.00 shop?

Do you think that saying "You have now lost all credibility" because you don't understand the assignment means anything? I GAVE you a solution to your problem, and for what? What a waste of my time. This is what happens, in this industry, when you help someone.
Air have done several of the FA Wal Mart customer service audits. The pay was $15 each, I know they began at $4 but I won’t waste my time for such a low amount. I wait until the amount of pay goes up before I do them.
An English 201 professor of mine from the UofH at Hilo published a study in a magazine and they paid $350k.
