survey.com app

my experience was a bit off... the app is set up to log location after accessing the work... in other words i drove to the store and was then instructed to print material out... as i dont have a printer in my car and no gas money for another trip i had to cancel... oh well... pretty responsive by text message though

I think I have accessed this material via the preview function of the app, and I think I have also been able to open app, proceed after the you are at the wrong location prompt, and get the material either way, without issue. I have done a bit here and there with them, use it for filler or the little stuff close to home, sometimes some bigger opportunities. Just all a part of the mix I pick up with the flexibility I need.
Yeah ive always been able to print before starting the shop, hasnt been much lately on it though where I am. Next time if you need to print while your out try to find a fedex/kinkos and you can use an app to send to printer or email it for $.10 a page
Email it to yourself on a tablet. if you need a signature you can get a PDF reader app that will let you sign or someone else sign if needed.
It looks like this will be good filler work. There seems to be a lot available in my area, although I am finding Wait Lists when I won't be near the store long enough to wait. I did a Nabisco audit that I feel was undertimed for the scope of work. I would accept the job again if I was already at the store, but it isn't fair to say something is 15 min. when it isn't. I think I had to take 15 photos. Add that to finding and counting the product. Undertimed by any stretch of the imagination.

They frequently underestimate timings. Other than all day resets, on most projects I figure 1.5-2x the posted time. **hint** This is ESPECIALLY true for the endcap audits. Posted time is 90 minutes, but even a Neighborhood Market takes about 2.5-3 hours, and that's the smallest format store.
I knew not to touch the endcap audits.

Thanks for the heads up, everyone. I had just downloaded the app last night and was wondering how accurate those estimated times were.
You use up your phone data. Length of ptoject is much longer. They never assigned me a reset project, only what they want me to do. Deleted the app
I have done one for them it was 70 miles round trip and I would not have done it if I wasn't going to be there anyway. 15 to 30 minutes was how long it was supposed to take. Spent an hour and 15 minutes at the Walmart. When I worked for Crossmark they had an app for Walmart that would let you check the stock and see where stuff was located so you could restock it.
I just applied for 5 grocery store locations to place IRCs on a famous person's food products. The pay is $15 per store, and I would have the month of June to get them done. The estimated time in store is only 15 minutes, which I ALREADY KNOW is OFF!! But even if I'm there for 45 min per store, that's OK with me for $15 per store and no long write ups! I wonder how long it will take until I find out if my requests are granted???
I requested them about a month ago and still waiting

And btw, why would 15 minutes be off? I did a peanut butter one for them and it took under 15 minutes.

The problem is they have so many shoppers and limited projects.
Actually, these usually take less than 20 minutes unless you have to hunt for a stepladder. You can look under the "requested" tab to see if the approval is still pending or if the store has been assigned to someone else.

If you still have questions use the messages function to ask when they will be assigned. Be sure to select the appropriate assignment for the subject. They usually respond within a few hours.
I just checked ive done 28 projects for them and have not found the time to be off. I have heard multiple reports of the higher paying end cap taking longer.
Good to hear from those of you who have done similar IRC placements, about the time. I'm still in the "Pending" stage...I just applied today. I sure hope I don't have to wait a month!! The project starts in June. The stores I applied for had not been requested by any other shopper at the time I applied, so I hope I get the 5 I asked for.
You will hear back about 2 weeks before it starts, that's when they send out packages. It shouldn't be long. Probably about next Tuesday.

I thought the biggest hurdle with this company was the form. It takes getting used to and for some reason, you can skip questions and not know it. There needs to be better training on how to use the form. I had one job where I had to remove IRCs, 10.00 per store and it took 10 minutes per store. Lots of these stores in my area so I cleaned up. I think if they see you do some projects, you start to get texts from the company and they give you work, otherwise their signup system seems flawed because you don't get responses on jobs you selected or they let you know with 2 hours left before the job expires. This could be a good source of work but they are not there yet.

I know exactly what you are talking about, I started getting messages stating you have a new assignment then when I would see the message I would see it was an assignment I applied to awhile ago (like when I was in the area) and the assignment would be close to expiring

If you get assigned a project close to the expiration message them through the app. They will extend the date.

Adobeblue, they occasionally have a glitch which prevents some dependent questions from "dropping". There is a preview feature which allows you to view all questions. Read through them before you begin (can be accessed even before you apply). If it seems like you don't get all of the questions dropped, message them through the app. If they can't fix it on their end they can have you upload the incomplete form, then push it back to you, and this will fix the problem.

If you are no longer able to do an assignment for which you have applied you can remove the request in the "requests" tab. There is no penalty for this.

I have to agree with you there...I made the mistake of accepting one of the end cap audits for a major retailer one evening after an 8-hour work day and didn't get home until well after 10 p.m. (fours hours work).
Unless you have already claimed the shop. I claimed one and couldn't make it to the store in time to complete the audit before closing and removed my claim. I haven't been able to claim an assignment since then and that was a month ago. I emailed the company but got no response.
SharPen, try using the message function in the app. It's also possible there are no claim opportunities in your area right now. Job posting on the app can be erratic. Check your reliability score in the profile section. While a single incomplete will affect the score somewhat, it's the overall score that determines your offers.

Lastly, if you can see that you are going to run out of time, there is usually an "extend deadline" button on the job overview. If it's not available, message from the app and select the appropriate job for the subject. Tell them you need an extension. You may or may not get it, but as long as you message they won't ding your reliability score.
Has anyone else had problems with getting replies to messages? I haven't had a reply to any in-app messages in 10 days. I get push notifications just fine, and my text messages usually get replies, but not messages sent in the app.
