Received notification a few months ago that settlement checks would be mailed out but have yet to receive any payment or updates. Has anyone?

Uh oh. I was just hired by them. Is there something I need to know? Thank you.
No, this is if you worked for them a few years back.
They weren't paying O/T,etc.

No, I haven't and my computer crashed and I lost all my emails from the attorney about the suit.
The attorney undoubtedly still has all of the info. Do you remember the name of the attorney?

Got this email today From Attorney Richard Meyers:

Dear Driveline Clients,

Many of you have e-mailed and called to ask what is going on with this settlement. On January 9, 2020, we filed the uncontested motion for settlement approval with Judge Anita Brody. Since the motion was uncontested, we expected that Judge Brody would rule on it quickly, even though the motion and memo of law were fairly lengthy (26 pages) and there were another 50 pages of exhibits. After 6 weeks, I sent an e-mail to Magistrate Judge David Strawbridge who mediated the settlement with Driveline to ask him what was going on and if there was something that we could to speed things up. After a few days, on Wednesday, February 26, 2020, Judge Strawbridge he said that Judge Brody would refer this case to him if the parties would agree. Driveline agreed and we filed the consent that day. Today, March 3, 2020, Judge Brody signed the Order placing Judge Strawbridge in charge of the case. We do expect things to move quickly from here on in. We would be surprised if Judge Strawbridge does not rule on the motion within the next two weeks or so. After Judge Strawbridge rules, we will send you another e-mail because we should have a much better idea of the timetable for this settlement. We very much appreciate your patience.

Would you work for them again/at this time?

I would not. Where I live they only pay $8.75 hour now.
When I worked for them from 2003- 2016 I got $11 hour.
