Anyone work for Customer Impact? Are they experiencing problems?

I've been a regular merchandiser for Customer Impact for six months now. I was a regular merchandiser on many of their pre-paid cards, amongst other projects I had a regular route that I did weekly, bi-weekly , or monthly. Suddenly the log is bare, ,my App is bare, and no one is responding to e-mails. I know they fired a few project managers a few months ago but now I wonder if the projects have been pulled.

Anyone know?

Part of the agreement to use this forum was not to disclose the name of the MSC and its clients in the same post. You might want to change the comment instead of the clients names to prepaid cards, stickers, energy drinks.

I don't know what is happening internally. The energy drink company paid for March resets yesterday which was a welcome surprise.
You can contact Daniel Price ,he is the chief operating officer. He is on the forum.

I have worked for CI for years. I get notices for gloves, footwear, etc. in my area. I used to do the prepaid cards, but the only jobs they post for them anymore are for small towns that aren't close to me. The cities I used to do the cards in is also serviced by Blackhawk.
I did a bunch of stuff for them at the end of February, no issues but then in March they were desperate to finish up a few other jobs that were kind of far out. I happen to be going out that way for some other jobs and had emailed the scheduler, a good 4 days ahead of time to see if they would increase the fee and I got no response. Emailed again, no response, Not sure if they ever got done. Was frustrating because I probably could have scheduled other things but was holding out for those. If you can't pay me the extra, just say no and move on but to not answer someone is just unprofessional. Haven't seen much from them since.
I think they try to do a direct recruit on a lot of their projects before posting them on the boards. So its possible someone else is now doing the locations you used to do. There was a store by me that used to get posted, or I would get emailed about it, but I never see it anymore, and it is one of the big box stores that gets projects pretty frequently.
I also think some projects might run quarterly. The prepaid debits had a pretty big wave at the end of last year and I know those stores aren't a monthly visit.
I just joined last month and completed several vape resets for facilities not close to my home. But, since the pay was pretty good due to the end of month deadline, I signed up for a big route last month. Yesterday, I noticed in the GoSpotCheck app, I had been assigned these same locations for prepaid cards. I didn't sign up for them and wouldn't have since the locations are not near me and only pay $9 per stop. I would have anticipated all my assigned items to be available on the website for anyone to choose. The same prepaid opportunities are not listed under 'My shops' on the company website either.

Probably a mistake by the scheduler, just send an email.
They might email you and ask you to do those locations. This is what I meant with them doing "direct recruitment" earlier. They see who has gone to that location in the past, even if it was a different project, and see if you'll do that location again.
Otherwise, its probably an error. If I have a location that shows up in GSC but not in sassie, I just ignore it and it normally disappears.

Hello all!

I'll start by saying please email me if you have any specific questions so it's easier to resolve them, but I'll try to speak to a couple things on this thread:

HormS1 - that could be a setting issue on GoSpotCheck that allowed them to show back up. If you were not assigned them/locked in on your shop log in SASSIE then don't go back to complete unless you get confirmation from our scheduler. We never auto-assign without getting shopper/field rep confirmation of any upcoming project so that was likely duplicating on the app in error.

Koyote1 - not sure what your specific situation is but happy too look into it if you shoot me an email.

The first 3 months of the year were months of unprecedented growth for us, and with growth can come an increase in the little tech errors, scheduler errors, etc. We're working to tighten up all those loose ends best we can, but the #1 thing we encourage for everyone is email and call. You should receive a response from someone and while we do have some new folks to help with this growth, if you ever don't get the answer you were looking for, please don't hesitate to email me directly. My goal is always for my team to be as communicative as possible so I always want to know when we fall short and can work to improve that.

Thank you all who are great field reps with CI!

Ive been wondering the same thing ,have the same thing going on my end .I am usually signed up a month ahead of time for work I have nothing now for the rest of april.
No issues here. Doing 3 footwear resets for them today, and hoping to add some of their remote locations on some upcoming road trips. Last month was a bunch of tax prep kiosk audits in large discount store locations. Project managers have always been prompt to respond to emails, and have proven to be very accommodating when issues arise.

Have synthesizers, will travel...
i've noticed less posted over the past 3 weeks, but there's still a couple projects going. it felt like 2022, and the first few months of 2023 was the most work they ever had, and i put in a lot of miles, so don't mind a little break lol.
I was just in a big box store where I regularly serviced prepaid cards. Those cards are no longer on the cube or money center displays.
Were you given a reason?

They reduced my pay from $100 to $25 after awarding me 10/10. I am furious.
I made a separate post on that. I was actually not given a reason. I was actually award a 10/10 for the visit, but they are going to say it was a reset and all the product was out. It was out but it was a hot mess and I reset the whole display which took two hours. and then I had to be on the phone with tech support because I was not able to access the internet while I was in the store, etc, etc, etc. Sometimes the MSCs are just AH.
I did this reset, like a total idiot, for $30. Took me 3 hours. Never again! Had to laugh when they launched their next round at these stores for $12. Please no one take those for $12. This is ludicrously low pay!
