Thoughts on RQA?

Third experience being offered an assignment with no details from a “no reply” email.

I’m finally able to log in with an assigned username and password with no way to change it to something anyone could remember, and there is no more “proprietary” info in the portal than there was in the bare bones email; no menu option to learn more, or way reach out to anyone, not even a rate or location for the assignment to know if it’s a viable option.

So, dead in the water with no contact info, and no way to accept, decline, or know what’s entailed…again.

I’m beginning to think this was just another “phishing expedition” to get my info…which seems to be the most valuable commodity there is in this economy.

If this is how they run their business, I’m surprised they’re still in business, and I’m sending any future emails to Spam and deleting the app because so far its a waste of time.

Their website is not intuitive. On my computer, when I get to the portal there is a Search icon above the job listing. Clicking that gets me job details, contact info, locations.

The garbage disposal job showed you the on hands before you accepted. I took one with 16 because it made a route and that was the only one with backstock. The rest were quick, with 3-6 on the floor.
I wish I had looked at that part closer, those OH were in the 100's in some stores ... ugh. Still, it was paid by the hour - 20.00 per and mileage so all worth it but I had back issues for a week after (moving all those boxes from the lower shelves was tough for an old gal).

SPB - That sounds very unlike them, I am always able to get ahold of someone and there is a phone number to call too and someone always answers and is very helpful.
There is always either the general "retrieve@" email or the project manager is listed on an assignment and can be reached that way.
So back to the lighter project. I still have about 10 lighters that I was "holding" onto to ship back but that never happened. Can I just keep them at this point?
