Hello! Daniel Price from Customer Impact here. I don't believe any other companies use that app. There may be some very one-off ones that do, but most of GoSpotCheck's customers are CPG firms and brands themselves that use the app for their field sales teams.

When we found them probably a decade ago or so, we were looking at a lot of different platforms, and we generally found GSC to be the most straight-forward and easy to use app for you the shopper/field rep. That's why we stick with it on any project we can put on the platform for the field data collection.

Thanks Daniel, I dealt with you years ago when I had an issue and then went on to do a bunch of Home Depot Wagner paint sprayer jobs in MI and OH. You were fair and didn't make me wait to get paid for a project that spread over 2 months.

That app is the best I have worked with, so congrats on picking and sticking with it. There is one other ap that is close (Mobi Audit) and trying to do other Sassie platform jobs on a web page rendered to kind of work on a phone sux.

I would recommend anyone looking for work other than mystery shopping, to check out Customer Impact. They are fair and good people to deal with.

PS-I sent you an email regarding an issue about an assigned job that is not showing up in the app. I understand you guys don't work on weekends, but figured I would take a shot since I really need to do it on Sat.
FYI-Daniel had Valerie get my issue fixed so I can complete my job today,
