Kohl's Assignment Not Showing Up in GoSpotCheck

Assignment started today, but it's not showing in GoSpotCheck. Emailed scheduler late in afternoon, no response. Anyone have a similar issue?

I've had this happen before. It's frustrating.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
If this happens, I normally try to call during their business hours, but I have done some projects where it never showed up in GSC.
If you've done the assignment before and know what pictures to take, you can take them as regular pics and email them to the scheduler to put them into GSC. It's too bad the app doesn't let you upload photos from your phone.
It's been rectified. Just a glitch in the app, it seems.

Tech support for GoSpotCheck can be reached at 720.644.4273 until 6 PM Eastern. If you received email from Alexandra, her phone # should be included in the email. She's the one who schedules for my area.

Make sure you're in the right spot to see your assignment. If you did a previous assignment you might be defaulted to that part when you open the app, and you won't see your assignment.

For the record, this Randa visits they firmly state all photos must be taken in app onsite, very emphatic about this particular project.
The regional director (RD) has been micromanaging all of the schedulers, changing assignments, pulling them, etc, overriding the scheduler's actions. It will be assigned, then it's just gone, or a generic email is sent stating it's been reassigned to someone else with no location included, then it disappears, and reappears on the job board a week or so later.

I've had assignments disappear while I'm on the way.

Pay for the same assignment is also less this year with no distance bonuses over 60 miles each way or toll reimbursement. Many of the locations are new and never been serviced and others have not been serviced in months, so it takes longer to make order from chaos to the required specs. Then, there are add-ons to the guidelines after from the RD, sometimes not received until after you've finished and left..

These are not one display and done jobs, but full 8-10 hour days. It's been very difficult to know what you're doing from one day to the next much less plan your week like most of us need to.

How about a "stress bonus" for scheduling difficulties?

Yes, and the app sometimes loses them, or there's poor reception, so be sure to check photos and other data entered before you leave/submit and monitor the submission success for completion or you will be expected to return and do them over. Learned the hard way and am now building that additional upload time (and added note writing time) into the allotted time we are paid for instead of doing it all after that final hour.
