Night of Shame for MS Forum

The comments below should serve as a reminder that other posters (especially newbies) should be treated with respect.

It is a shame that we might lose another potentially decent contributor to Mystery Shopping Forum because of the over aggressive comments of others.

I will continue to offer support to those who are wronged on this website. It is my way of saying thanks to the great and good of this website.

Glad I'm an honest, law-abiding citizen so I'd never have to have any of this bunch on a jury panel for me...certain to be convicted....And Brian, I don't NEED you to 'cut back the snark'...who the heck are YOU, anyway?

No. The original thread is still up but I believed the comments posted above warranted a separate thread.

The original thread is by a gentleman named ParkCItyBrian. It focuses on the 10 worst MS companies. You can find it using the search function.

oy vey...i just don't where to begin with this.

there is soooo verrrry much to comment on but, because of my proclivity for civility, common courtesy and a continual effort not to hurt/singe widdle fee-fees, i won't.

and...i refuse, steadfastly refuse, adamantly refuse, to stoop to the level of the poster to justify/refute these scurrilous statements. with that being said, however, i'm not above "when they go low...i go lower", tho.

and, thankfully, my sense-of-humor/snark remains intact and i always "consider the source".

the seriousness and tone of the poster, did, however, provide......great hilarity.

i confess, tho, to basking in the light of being the topic of conversation and having a topic/subject devoted to.........me (with attribution to your president...not mine but yours).

Oh my, we do seem to have more than our share of drama queens lately. Multiple threads with SHAME in the title are tending toward nothing more than click bait.

I notice Dreamweaver is posting on the forum as of today...so to the OP, your drama was for nothing, and it wasn't your place to post about her, or were you trying to embarrass her, just by stirring the pot...drama and no one here has shame...#speak for yourself.

I am in no supporting you as far as starting this thread. I merely asked if it had been moderated because that would be the first step in rectifying a situation. Starting a thread like this is only going to result in more drama, insults, and work for the mods.

We do have several tools at our disposal. Toggle works well as does ignoring offending posts. What does not work so well, creating a brand new thread to comment about another thread and somehow equate it to shame for the entire group. I am not my brother's keeper nor am I responsible for what other's post. If you feel another member has been wronged, by all means stand up for them, just do it on the original thread.

Irene, You broadcast your life here. Everyone knows everything about you. The 'bumps in the road' with your daughter, all the good deeds you perform, all about the people you have entertained and met in the past, all about your housing situation, all about your jewelry and wedding ring etc... If someone wanted, they could go through your posts and write your total life story.

I would love to toggle you but you bring up my name in random threads and start hijacking the threads I start even though the threads have nothing to do with you and you don't even like the topics I introduce.

allow me, if i may, to dive right in.

without any background (which i really don't care about) my take (a someone hot one) is that irene's charitable endeavors begin and end with her being charitable in not calling you out for what you are...

a dour, sullen, dreary, joyless curmudgeon who sucks the energy in prolly everyone and everything around you.

a glass half empty kinda person who has a perpetual scowl and needs to say things like "night of shame" thinking that kind of grandiose opening generates credibility and gins up a false narrative. well guess what, francine, it just doesn't resonate with folks that have no problem in seeing through obvious transparencies.
