Hi,

I live in the metropolitan DC area and have been mystery shopping for a month now.

It's a lot of fun so far, but I'm being really cautious about what jobs i take and with what companies. I 'm looking forward to joining your community so I will know which companies are great and which ones are stinkers.

Hello! I have been doing Mystery shopping for about a month now and I love it. I do at least 5-10 shops a week. I could do more but I have another job so it makes it a little difficult.
Ok, so here is my Bio. I'm 35 years old and a mother of two (Three if you want to count my husband of 19 years). I live in a small town, but have big cities around me.

Hi All-

My name is Sharon. I have been doing Mystery Shopping for 6 months. I am doing 2-3 shops every day. I have been doing many different kinds of shops. The grocery store shops are pretty cool because they pay for part of your food. I have been lucky enough to have picked up quite a few shops with bonuses attached. I now have gotten my husband doing mystery shopping. He prefers to do revealed audits though, so he doesn't have to remember so much. He can just write it down on his clipboard.
I live in the San Francisco Bay Area so I have access to many locations. The hardest part is staying organized with all of the paperwork for tax purposes. If anyone has any suggestions of how you keep organized, please share.
Oh--I am retired from AT&T, and work as a substitute teacher.

Hi I am new but have completed several shops. I am from Tulsa, Oklahoma and would appreciate any help or support with companies that are good. If anyone has a spreadsheet to help me get organized I would greatly appreciate it. It is sometimes confusing. Please offer any suggestions to help me please.

Good afternoon all. I have been shopping and merchandising for the past two months. I am currently shopping with Certified, Mystery(Corp.), Bare, MarketForce, Quest, About Face and a few others. Are there good companies that I am missing that are very involved in the Chicagoland area or in the Midwest? I enjoy the merchandising projects and the shopping.

Hello everyone! I'm a mom of 2 (ages 2 and 9 months) living outside of Richmond, VA and I've been mystery shopping for about a year and a half part-time. I love that it gives me a chance to go out and do something to help bring in some income around my husband's schedule. He is a meteorologist and works rotating shifts (weather is 24/7 afterall) so I couldn't find any other part time work that would be flexible enough. I've been posting on another MS forum for a while and just found this one. It's always good to share stories with other people who understand the weird life of a mystery shopper!

Hi, my name is Roger and I have been a mystery shopper for around 2 1/2 years to supplement my income and to keep from getting bored since I have retired. I really enjoy it but have noticed that with the down economy a lot of the different companies that I work for have had their clients put their shops on hold. I have done many different shops and like to average around $20/hr on my shops. Does anyone know of any legit companies around the Milwaukee, WI area that I might try to fill in for my lost shops? I miss my casino shops!

I am going professional this summer and I am very interested in traveling as I notice that there is some areas in TN and other states that always have open work. BriGill....We're both in So Cal. I'm in Anaheim Hills and stick to Orange County and a little bit of Riverside/San Bernardino Counties for my shopping.

Hi my name is Donna. I live just outside of Starkville, MS. I have met people on the internet who were mystery shoppers and loved it. I was a little too far from Starkville and Columbus and Tupelo, so it was not for me at the time. Now that I am 5 minutes from Starkville, I am ready to learn and become a mystery shopper.

I have been a mystery shopper for about 10 years. I enjoy performing the shops and have a good times with the companies or shops in my area. I live in Clearwater Florida area. A good mystery shopper will always get shops when they performed and done on time will all ways get shops assigned. It is all depending on you not the schedulers.
