CORI not submitting?? HELP!!

This shop is KILLING me!! I entered ALL the info, changed the things it said I missed and hit the submit button....nothing happened. Nothing!! This is my first shop for them, Anybody have any advice??? Thank you!

I have had that happen and there were different causes.

1) Open a separate window and check you job history. Sometimes it submits, but it doesn't show

2) There is a question unanswered, that does not generate an error message. This tends to be the most common problem that I have. There is a question I overlooked somehow, but there is not an actual error message to tell me which one to check.

3) the site isn't working at the moment, so try again in a bit.

Are you using IE to complete your shops? I personally find that it does not work any better for me than other internet platforms, but if you contact support and were not using IE, they will state that it is your cause.

Make sure you have all your narrative saved in a separate document, so you can just cut and paste it back in.
I use IE...is there a minimum for narrative? Also, there were only 6 pumps but it is asking for pics of others...should I just start over? They are off today, been emailing issues so there is a record. Thanks for any help!
So I took a chance & was prepared to enter it all again. Closed the report screen and then went to the main page...no jobs!! It entered...was so worried I blew it!! Thanks for your help. Next time I try something new, I'll make sure the msc is open for help!! Have a great weekend yawning smiley)

I have noticed the page sometimes takes some time to upload and it is frustrating to wait. Glad to see it worked out.

Thank you!! I was stressing big time since I can usually figure out what the issue is right away. So glad it submitted, I did a lot of work for this one.
I had that happen the other night. Tried to submit at least 6-7 times after losing all data. Emailed and received the reply asking if I resized photos and used Internet Explorer. The next day I submitted another report fine and tried the problem one again...again error message. Opened IE and the report did go through. What a PITA! It's the only time I've had to open IE to get the report to submit and I've done a lot of reports for this client.

Sometimes, the problem could also be attributed to the browser that you are using. I think on their website they mention that certain browsers don't work well with their website.
