Intelli-Shop site won't open tonight?

I just did a couple of shops for them and get errors when trying to access their website. I've tried 4G as well as the hotel's wifi, and tried multiple browsers. Anyone else having trouble getting on there tonight?

I get this and more errors:

Warning: Incorrect information in file: './intellis_drupal/access.frm' query: SELECT 1 FROM access WHERE type = 'host' AND LOWER('66.93.12.80') LIKE LOWER(mask) AND status = 0 LIMIT 0, 1 in /home/intellis/public_html/includes/database.mysqli.inc on line 134

Warning: Incorrect information in file: './intellis_drupal/users.frm' query: SELECT u.*, s.* FROM users u INNER JOIN sessions s ON u.uid = s.uid WHERE s.sid = '9da9014259d743cd91830c42d79bee77' in /home/intellis/public_html/includes/database.mysqli.inc on line 134

I have never before gotten an error message like that but it's been like that all day. I have a shop tomorrow that I have never done before. I am going to have to call them if I can't figure it out tomorrow morning from the acceptance email.
Beware! Their site is erasing narratives when you complete the spell check. I just got email from them telling me to not use the spell check function until further notice.

Grrrr!

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
Oh, good grief! Ouch, that's not good. I hope their editors take that into consideration since not all shoppers may be adept at copying and pasting out of Word or have a spellcheck built into their browsers. angry smiley

I put it on word first, spell check and grammer check it. If grand mother likes it... (just joking). I paste word back on to the site and it sometimes gets lost. Glad I saved it on word in a temporary file and can just copy and paste.

I found that using their spell check is often useless as I get a comment that I did not spell check before submitting. I do not get that when I use word and paste and I outsmart them when the text gets lost.
IESpell is a free browser program for users of internet explorer, I always use it even when the MSC has one built in because its always much faster.
